History of Chateaux Cheese Corporation

We have over 25 years of expereince in manufacturing processed cheeses.

Founded as Excelpro in 1973 by John Ernster.

Chateaux Cheese Corporation was inauguarated in 1998 to more clearly define our role as a manufacturer and marketer of cheese products.

Chateaux Cheese remains a family owned and operated company, of which there are three generations involved.

The Ernster family has been in the dairy business for four generations.
