Chateaux Cheese Corporation, was established in 1998 from a separation of business units within Excelpro, which was established in 1973, to more clearly define our role as a manufacturer and marketer of cheese products. Chateaux Cheese (Excelpro) is a family owned and operated company spanning three generations. We have over 30 years of experience in manufacturing Cheese Substitutes, and over 20 years of Process Cheese experience.
